Improve your balance and well being through a beginner level Tai Chi class at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to stretch and strengthen your body while focusing your mind. Join Gurney Bolster, founder of Tai Chi for Health Pittsburgh, for a class overlooking our beautiful Lotus Pond. No equipment or experience is needed. Summer sessions are being held May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18 and September 15. Drop in for one class, or come for the whole series.  Pre-registration is not required but you must check in at the Welcome Center before your class. Suitable for Adults, ages 18 or older.
