Event Details

Breathe in the freshness and beauty of the Garden, and breathe out stress and tension. When you practice Tai Chi Qigong at the Garden, you awaken your senses to the natural world around you and feel rejuvenated in the presence of its harmony and vibrancy. Tai Chi Qigong is a practice of moving meditation involving simple movement patterns, rhythms and stillness. It quiets the mind, opens the heart and restores balance. Slow down, listen to, and nurture your body by finding your center, natural flow and resilience.
