Stretch, strengthen and improve your balance with Tai Chi at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. Tai Chi uses gentle flowing exercises to integrate body and mind. Join Gurney Bolster, founder of Tai Chi for Health Pittsburgh, for a series of five classes held indoors in our beautiful event space. No equipment or experience is needed. Pre-registration is required. Suitable for Adults, ages 18 or older.
