Winter Yoga Series

Saturdays, Jan 20, Feb 3, Feb 17, March 3, March 17. 9:30-10:45 am.

Beat the winter blues with yoga classes at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. Yoga is an ancient practice that integrates movement, breath and posture to stretch and strengthen your body. Certified instructors from Yoga H’om will teach a five-session introduction to yoga, held indoors in our beautiful event space.  All experience levels are welcome.  Please bring your own yoga mat.  Pre-registration is required.  Suitable for adults, ages 18 or older. Pricing includes all five classes.

Winter Tai Chi Series

Saturdays, Jan 13, Jan 27, Feb 10, Feb 24, March 10. 9:30-10:45 am.

Stretch, strengthen and improve your balance with Tai Chi at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. Tai Chi uses gentle flowing exercises to integrate body and mind. Join Gurney Bolster, founder of Tai Chi for Health Pittsburgh, for a series of five classes held indoors in our beautiful event space. No equipment or experience is needed. Pre-registration is required. Suitable for adults, ages 18 or older. Pricing includes all five classes.
