The Garden is re-open to wander and wonder. Time to reconnect with nature — enjoy fresh air, sunshine and serenity. The gardens are in full bloom, the woodlands are offering shade and safety precautions are in place. Help to provide a safe visit for all by following these guidelines.

Before you arrive:
- Know our current operating hours. The Garden is open Tuesday through Sunday 9 am – 5 pm, with extended hours to 7 pm on Wednesday and Thursday. The Garden is closed on Monday.
- Visitors, including Members, must pre-purchase a timed admission ticket. These are available, contact free, by clicking here.
- Wear a mask, if necessary. Masks are required in all buildings only for guests who are not fully vaccinated. Masks are not required outside.
- Bring hand sanitizer. Within the gardens, there are several areas with interactive items for which it is recommended that you bring hand sanitizer or wipes.
- Bring along your four-footed friend. Dogs are allowed on a leash.
- Our Garden is an outdoor, walking experience. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring water, a hat, sunscreen and bug spray as needed.

Upon Arrival:
- Arrive during your selected hour. We will anticipate your arrival during the selected hour and we will assist in maintaining social distancing within the Welcome Center. Stay in the gardens and woodlands for as long as you wish.
- Mind the signs. Look for the circles and arrows to help enter the Welcome Center.
- Have your eTicket ready on your smartphone or be prepared to provide the name of the person who purchased the tickets at the Welcome Desk. You do not need to print your eTicket.
- Enjoy your visit. The gardens are in full bloom and the woodlands are providing shade. Stay as long as you wish.
- Be mindful of others. While in the gardens and woodlands, maintain a safe distance from guests not in your group.

- Stay connected. We’ll be sharing updates and news. If you are not receiving the weekly Membership Monday e-newsletter, contact the Membership Office at 412-444-4464.
- Let us know when you are arriving by registering with a timed admission ticket. We enjoy seeing our Members on a regular basis and want to keep your visit safe.
- Sign in when selecting your timed admission ticket. By signing in you will receive your free admission ticket.
- Do not print your ticket. Have your eTicket ready on your smartphone or be prepared to provide your name at the Welcome Desk.
- Know when to renew. Membership expiration dates were extended for the time of closure. If you have any questions, contact the Membership Office at 412-444-4464.

- Purchase a timed ticket ahead of your visit or go online when you arrive at the Garden.
- Continue financially supporting the Garden with a new/renewed membership, or a charitable contribution.
