Child & Family
Whether you’re planting seeds, spotting pollinators, creating nature-inspired art, or simply enjoying time outside, child and family programs are designed to spark imagination, encourage curiosity, and nurture a lifelong love of plants and the environment.
Adult Education
Grow your understanding of native plants and pollinators in a group lecture, develop your horticulture and landscape design knowledge, experience nature’s nurturing effects and express your creativity in art and floral arranging workshops. Programs available for all experience levels.
Field Trips & Outreach
Pittsburgh Botanic Garden works with school groups of varying sizes, interests and needs. Schedule a field trip designed to bring your classroom curriculum to life or have an experienced educator bring the Garden to your school, library or learning center.
Summer Camps
Summer camps are specially designed for young learners to dive into their favorite subjects, developing new skills and building connections with nature. Single and multi-day camps are available for ages 4-7 or 8-11 years old.
