Garden Discovery Day

Join fellow Garden members to tour Joe Hamm’s daffodils with Executive Director, Keith S. Kaiser, and visit Arcadia Natives. Joe Hamm’s daffodils is an American Daffodil Society (ADS) approved Display Garden featuring an extensive Daffodil Hortus (or daffodil archive collection). Following the tour, the group will enjoy a pizza lunch at The Union Grill. Finish the day with a visit to Arcadia Natives, a plant nursery owned by Kelly Strope. Kelly focuses on propagating straight native plant species and offers many seed grown local ecotypes indigenous to Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Our shuttle will depart from Pittsburgh Botanic Garden at 9:00am, and will return to the Garden between 4:00-4:30pm. This event will take place rain or shine, please dress appropriately for the weather.

Registration Deadline

Registration will close on April 9 in order to plan accordingly with the locations and restaurant.
