Back again by popular demand! Huck Beard and the Traveling Sfoglino Show will share how to create hand-shaped pasta, then eat it as part of a delicious Italian dinner. In this basic, one-night course, you’ll learn how to mix egg and flour to make sfoglino (pasta sheets) on authentic, Italian-made Marcato pasta machines. Roll, pinch, and twist your way through three iconic hand-shaped pastas — farfalle, garganelli, and cavatelli — from the rolled out silky sfoglia. After class, we’ll enjoy a big pasta meal together with Italian music and wine. Molto bene! All recipes are included. Bring an apron and an appetite!
