Member-Only Eco Movie Day
Event Details
- Drop-In This drop-in program is free for Pittsburgh Botanic Garden members!
To close out Member Appreciation Week, the Garden will be showing several ecologically-focused short films in the Peirce Education Rooms! Join us for a screening of HIVE, a documentary about the life of a beekeeper, our Prescribed Burn short, and Common Ground, a star-studded documentary about the perilous state of our planet’s soil.
These films are appropriate for all audiences, but educational content is more suitable for individuals in middle/high school or beyond – especially those with an interest in soil science and backyard beekeeping! Feel free to drop into the Peirce Education Rooms at any time between 10am – 2pm, movies will be played consecutively with short breaks in between.
