Join local artist Debbie Nietsch to enjoy a glass of wine as you create your own artistic masterpiece and learn some basic painting techniques such as laying out backgrounds and foregrounds, shading and layering, and overall composition. Using acrylic paints, attendees will create a Japanese bridge garden scene on the water’s edge. Your painting will be composed on 11” x 14” canvas board using acrylic paints.
All materials are provided: paints and supplies, canvases, easels, brushes, and plastic aprons to protect clothing, and one complimentary glass of wine. Each artist will go home with their own individually painted masterpiece.

As a self-employed artist, Debbie Nietsch’s background and passions are in creating art on canvas and instructing others to enjoy the pleasure of painting. In addition to the ‘paint-n-sip’ type events that she instructs and hosts, Debbie also paints custom pet portraits and house portraits for commissioned work. Additionally, she enjoys working and painting with seniors in assisted and independent living environments and local communities. For many years, Debbie was a busy muralist and faux finisher – creating and painting in residential and commercial settings locally.
