There are parts of us we’ve silenced, stories we’ve outgrown, and burdens we’ve carried far too long. This retreat is an invitation to gently release what no longer serves—old fears, patterns, roles, and expectations—so you can reclaim the power, presence, and purpose that’s always been yours.

Join Radha, Ashley and Erin in sacred movement, guided reflection, deep rest, and spiritual teachings. You’ll reconnect with your true self beyond the noise and demands of daily life. Supported by a loving sisterhood and the wisdom of the yogic texts, you’ll create space for what truly matters: clarity, connection, and inner strength.

Come as you are – leave lighter, rooted, and more you than ever. Participants will need to bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, walking shoes and a water bottle. A delicious vegan lunch is included in the program fee.

Speakers

  • Ashley O'Hara
Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Yoga Instructor

Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for guiding individuals toward authentic, wholehearted living. Her holistic practice emphasizes the powerful mind-body-spirit connection to create lasting wellness.

A dedicated practitioner herself, Ashley’s journey with yoga and meditation started in 2006. She brings this personal experience, along with over 500+ hours of yoga teacher training and a decade of teaching yoga, into her work with others. Bhakti Yoga remains the great love of her life, a passion she joyfully shares by singing in Kirtans, learning the mridanga, studying yoga philosophy, and sharing the path of devotion with others.

  • Erin Rudegeair
    Yoga Instructor & Bhakti Practitioner

Erin is a yoga teacher, student, and Bhakti practitioner. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Bhakti Center in NYC in 2022. Her classes are fun and playful and while they start off slow, she’ll have you breaking a sweat before you know it. Expect pranayama, creative sequences, verbal & physical adjustments, and a constantly evolving, spiritually-uplifting playlist. She also offers restorative classes and yoga nidra.

  • Radha
Bhakti Yoga Practitioner & Spiritual Educator

Radha is a Pittsburgh-based bhakti yoga practitioner, spiritual educator, and 500+-hour certified yoga teacher. With a rare blend of intellectual rigor and heart-centered devotion, she brings a unique perspective to modern spiritual life. Formerly a nuclear engineer and project manager for the U.S. Navy, Radha made a bold transition from designing submarines to designing a life rooted in meaning, service, and spiritual transformation.
