The talented staff of Pittsburgh Botanic Garden are introducing a new program! Join JoAnna Thomas and Moira Aulbach in creating seasonal wreaths. This spring wreath class is the first in the series and will be the foundation of your seasonal wreaths. JoAnna will demonstrate how to create and care for your grapevine wreath that you can use throughout every season.
You will build a circular wreath from scratch using lengths of grapevine and decorating them using fresh and dried plant materials.
Attend one or all of the seasonal wreath classes in Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Bring your grapevine wreath back for the next class in the series – or create a new wreath in any of the classes. All materials and supplies are provided with registration cost. You will go home with a unique and personalized wreath that will dazzle friends and family.

JoAnna Thomas is the Visitor Experience Manager at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. She oversees the Welcome Desk and is also the buyer/merchandiser for the Forage & Finds gift shop. Prior to working at the Garden, JoAnna worked as a florist in Chicago and she enjoys sharing her love of flowers by leading floral design classes here at the Garden.
