Celebrate spring with a fun tea party and floral crown creation workshop in Weisbrod Learning Pavilion! Get outside and let your creativity flow by making your own magnificent floral crown from fresh flowers while enjoying sips and sweets.

About the Instructor

JoAnna Thomas is the Visitor Experience Coordinator at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. With a background in fine art & design, she began working as a florist in Chicago, where she managed her own floral shop. JoAnna has designed for many private events and special occasions, including her role as the principal designer for Blossom – Autumn Magic at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden.


Details

All flowers and materials are included in ticket pricing. This program is suitable for children ages 5-12, accompanied by an adult. This is an outdoor program that will be held under a roof, please dress for the weather.

If you are unable to attend, kindly give 48 hours notice to receive a refund, by calling the Garden at 412-444-4464. No refunds will be issued after that point. The Garden reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment, or in the event of severe weather.
