Wellness Programs at the Garden
A botanic garden, such as Pittsburgh Botanic Garden, is a place of healthy land which contributes to a healthy mind, body, and soul. The Garden offers a variety of Wellness Programs, such as yoga and tai chi.
Depending on the season, these classes maybe indoors or outside by the Lotus Pond or other locations through the 60 acres. Visit the Garden Events Calendar to see when the next session or series of classes begins.
All Wellness Programs include daily admission to the Garden, so come for a class and stay a bit longer to continue your inner bliss with a walk through the gardens and woodlands.
