Organization & Garden Club Memberships
With 65 acres of gardens and woodlands to explore, private meeting or classroom spaces for groups of various sizes and seasonal food and beverages in Canopy Cafe, the Garden is the perfect place to host your next outing.

Garden Clubs
$300 / year
Garden club memberships include a meeting space and 1 organized tour per year for the club. Members of the garden club also receive a $5 discount on Individual or Dual level memberships.
Organization
$250 / year
Free daily admission for up to 15 members of your organization and 2 membership cards for representatives of qualifying nonprofit or social services organizations.

Gift Memberships
Give the gift of Pittsburgh Botanic Garden to someone special! Gift memberships are perfect for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, holidays, or just to let someone know how much they mean to you. Gift memberships include all of the same benefits for a full year from the time of purchase. Organization, Garden Club and Access level memberships are not eligible to be given as gifts.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I receive my membership card?
Pittsburgh Botanic Garden uses digital membership cards that are sent immediately via email at the time of purchase. Digital membership cards may be added to your digital wallet or downloaded as a PDF. Please contact the Membership department if you did not receive an automatic email.

Are memberships tax deductible?
Memberships are tax deductible up to a certain amount, depending on your membership level. Please reference the chart below to determine the amount that is deductible for your membership.
Can I renew early?
Active members may renew at any time during the 12 month period included with each membership plan. If you renew early, you will receive an additional 12 months added to your established expiration date.
What is the AHS Reciprocal Admissions Program?
As a member of the American Horticultural Society, Pittsburgh Botanic Garden members receive special admission privileges and/or discounts to any participating public garden across North America. With approximately 320 eligible gardens, this program is your passport to some of the best gardens in the country. Find all participating gardens on the AHS website, ahsgardening.org.
Can I upgrade to a higher membership level with additional benefits?
Yes, members may upgrade at any time during the current membership term and only pay the difference in price between the membership levels.
How can I enroll (or unenroll) in autopay?
To enroll, select “renew this membership automatically” during the checkout process when joining or renewing your membership.

Is the Access-level membership only for PA Access or EBT cardholders?
Yes, any Access or EBT cardholder in Pennsylvania with a valid ID can join at the Access level. If your child has a valid PA Access card, you are also eligible for an Access membership. (Cardholders must be adults 18 or older) This is a Dual membership for up to two people, either two adults or one adult and one child. Access level memberships must be purchased at the Welcome Desk or by contacting the Membership department.
