EVENT CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY
Pittsburgh Botanic Garden acknowledges that our event participants may have emergencies or scheduling conflicts that require cancellation of their attendance. Event participants needing to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund are required to do (3) three business days prior to the event. Any cancellations occurring after this time will be subject to all original event fees. These fees cover pre-arranged costs to the garden and are non-refundable. Pittsburgh Botanic Garden appreciates your understanding.
