Botany Walk & Talk: Spring Bulbs, Flowering Dogwoods

Join Doug Oster from Gardening with Doug, and Dr. Mark Miller, Education & Exhibits Director, for a walk through the gardens and woods of Pittsburgh Botanic Garden to view and learn about the wondrous plants found here. There should be a copious amount of witty banter and plant-nerdy conversations for all to enjoy. Our focus this time is on spring-blooming bulbs AND the 500+ native flowering dogwoods that will be in their glory!

The tour will be followed by a delicious lunch featuring seasonal produce, made by Slade Mankins, the Garden’s celebrated chef. During lunch, Doug and Mark will highlight seasonal tips, such as cool and interesting fruits and vegetables for 2026.
