Event Details

In today’s fast-paced society, we pass by thousands of living things every minute. Imagine what you might find when you focus on what’s right in front of you. You will be amazed! Join local naturalist and librarian Tess Wilson for a workshop based on David Haskell’s book The Forest Unseen. We will examine the micro-ecosystem of a one-square-meter plot within the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden landscape, documenting whatever we might find there! Slow down and take a deep dive into the innumerable micro-worlds around us.
