Event Details

Current exhibiting artist, Lauren Braun, will lead a mindful walk at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. Throughout the time together, you will be given invitations to enliven the senses as we walk, observe, and discuss what we discover, connecting with ourselves, each other and nature. The intention is for you to leave the workshop feeling a sense of grounding and relaxation. Please bring sturdy shoes to walk outside. Plan to arrive a few minutes early, allowing time to park in the lot and meet in the Welcome Center. Dogs on leashes are welcome to join.
