Ayurveda is a 5,000+ year old medical science originating in ancient India. As the mother science of yoga, Ayurveda teaches you how to heal yourself and prevent disease. From the way you eat, to the way you move, to the way you relate to others, the aim of practicing Ayurveda is to not just feel good in your body, but to thrive. In this workshop, you will learn how the five elements express themselves within you and how to align your choices with the rhythms of Nature, so you can feel your very best.

About the Instructor

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Rachel is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, offering one-on-one consultations, workshops, and online courses. Rachel’s mission is to help individuals feel deeply in love and at home in their bodies. Her practice is centered around creating sustained health, in a way that allows them to have a greater capacity for joy, pleasure and vitality. Find Rachel at @rach.dobos on Instagram.
